What happens on a coaching call?
The call will include discussions about:
- your dieting + health history
- past & present food relationship
- weight & body image concerns
- movement patterns
- dietary evaluation
- a clear plan on how to move forward to heal your relationship with food and movement.
You will leave the call with a clear idea of what to focus on, as well as some major mindset shifts related to your relationship with food and your understanding of what it takes to create long-lasting habits.
Do you give me a meal plan and tell me what to eat and what exercise to do?
No, because only YOU know what works best for you. However, I will help you create your own meal plan related to your likes and dislikes, schedule, budget, and lifestyle. I will teach you how to figure out how to listen to hunger and fullness cues and create an eating habit that you enjoy. There will be absolutely no more counting, and no more obsessing over food. You’ll have all the education you need to keep going forever.
Will you help me lose weight?
No. My program is NOT for weight/fat loss. We focus on sustainable habits that you can do to improve your health and happiness. Can you lose weight while following my program? Sure, many of my clients did, but that was NEVER the intention. While pursuing health behaviors, you might gain weight, lose weight, or see no change in your weight.
