Hello, I’m Tiara! I am a Health and Strength Coach and a mother of 3 boys who is passionate about helping women find hope & healing through a non diet approach. I love to eat cake but I am also obsessed with spinach. I like moving my body and also laying around all day. I like both bubble tea and water. I like sitting in the gray, not the black or white.
It is my passion to empower women to feel their best, find their strength and live their fullest lives. I am constantly learning and constantly teaching them how to find their power, celebrate it and nurture it.
Everyone has a different definition of health. I firmly believe health goes far beyond our plates and exercise routines. As a culture we’ve neglected the emotional, social, and psychological aspects of health, and focused so much of our attention on eating and exercise, that we’ve now normalized disordered eating and exercise. Personally, I focus on living intuitively and listening to my body to tell me what it needs. And I help other women do the same. Because at the end of the day, stress is going to kill us before eating a burger and cookies.
