WHAT MAKES THIS PRIVATE COACHING DIFFERENT?
If you’re reading his, you probably know by now that diets do not work. You’ve probably tried many of them and they just made you feel frustrated and more stressed about food and your body than ever before.
If so, it’s no surprise that you’ve stumbled into Intuitive Eating. It’s also no surprise that even though you’re likely relieved to discover this non-diet approach to health exists, you’re equally confused as to how to navigate this journey. After all, it’s so different from everything you’ve ever done before!
But that information alone lacks the ability to help you connect the knowing to the doing. It may offer ideas, but it fails to offer guidance, reassurance, and accountability that’s individualized to your life and needs.
That’s where this unique, highly individualized coaching experience comes in. This isn’t your average nutrition coaching program, it’s an opportunity to work with me one-on-one to break free from dieting once and for all. Let me be the last coach you’ll ever need!
WHAT THIS COURSE WILL DO FOR YOU:
We start by securing and strengthening your most basic and fundamental foundation of health by allowing all foods to fit while we learn how to take the intensity away from food so it can neutralize and not hold power over you anymore. Here, we understand the binge/restrict cycle and where it comes from so you can start living a balanced life of eating foods that both nourish and excite you. I’ll teach you how to listen to the signals of your body so you can learn how to honor your hunger and respect your fullness.
- A personalized roadmap. We will dive deep into your goals and your past dieting history. We’ll identify what exactly you need to unlearn from all of those past dieting efforts so that you can start relearning how to tune into your body’s signals around hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. You’ll come out of every coaching call with specific goals to help you connect the principles of Intuitive Eating to your everyday life
- Behavior and mindset shifts. We’ll determine ways for you to step away from dieting tools (i.e. the scale, calorie, macro, and point trackers, transformation photos, etc). We’ll also identify the voice of your inner food + body police so that you have more mental space to discover and nurture the voice of your inner intuitive eater.
- Accountability and support. You’ll receive individualized support from me on our 1:1 video chat coaching calls. In between these calls, you will receive daily support from me via our HIPAA-compliant app, Healthie. On this app, you can ask me questions and post reflections on your daily food experiences.
- Worksheets and journal prompts to deepen your understanding and newly developing body trust skills.
What this program is NOT about:
- Meal plans, macro tracking, point counting, or calorie counting.
- The active pursuit of weight loss. Intuitive eating is a weight neutral process—some individuals may stay the same weight, some may gain, and some may lose weight. We simply won’t be focusing on weight. Instead, we’ll focus on your behaviors!
- A 30 day “quick fix.” This program is about creating lasting change…and that takes time!

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER:
We will create healthy, long-lasting habits by working closely together so that you can find success by creating small wins that will lead to huge results. My goal for every woman that works with me is that they won’t need me or any other coach ever again when our time together is over. I aim for 100% success with all of my clients, and I won’t work with you if I don’t believe I can help you.
Your program is completely customized to you and your unique self. I guide you every step of the way to discover what yummy foods you like that will nourish your body and make you feel good. I teach you all about Intuitive Eating so that you can confidently leave the dieting mindset for good.
Our time together includes:
- 10 weeks of accountability coaching. We will create habit and mindset shifts + learn how to keep going and practice maintenance with my accountability and support.
- Weekly coaching call. A deep-dive into your nutrition and mindset around healthy habits, focusing on what you are already doing so that we can work together to create a better plan of action
- 24/7 text and audio message access. You will have me in your pocket to support your progress every step of the way.
- Movement mentorship (if needed). Access to a weekly basic strength training program to get you started + customized training guidance. You only needs dumbbells to start!
WHY I CAN HELP YOU:
I have been a fitness/ nutrition and lifestyle coach for over 10 years and I absolutely love my job. Teaching women how to create powerful, body-positive lives is my absolute passion!
Through my own journey with an eating disorder, I discovered Intuitive Eating and joyful movement, which gave me the body freedom I had been searching for through endless other approaches. This drove me to become he first and only Intuitive Eating Counselor in Indonesia.
I understand that working with a coach is a big commitment – both to me and to yourself. It’s a demonstration of your commitment to your growth and success. If you’ve never worked with a coach before, I want you to think of it as a container for healing.
In this coaching container, I will teach you to listen to your own body and heal the underlying issues so that you can trust yourself as the expert of your mental, emotional, and physical health. Together, we’ll identify your values and take big steps towards the big changes you’re hoping to make in your life.

I only enroll a small number of women at a time in order to ensure that everyone gets the high-level of quality support that they need to be successful and reach their goals, and I’m really careful about who I take on. I want to make sure it’s a positive experience and good fit for both of us, especially since we will be spending a lot of up close and personal time together. I aim for a one hundred percent success rate. If you commit yourself to my program, I will commit myself to helping you create success in reaching your goals.
